How do I place an order?
There is no online checkout. Send us the model you want on WhatsApp or through the contact form, and our team confirms availability, price and delivery with you directly.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer. We confirm the payment details with you when your order is placed.
Which countries do you ship to, and how fast?
We ship from the UAE to Sudan, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad and Guinea. Orders are dispatched in about 48 hours; transit time then depends on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed we send you a private tracking link so you can follow its status until it arrives.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every detector is covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty. The length varies by model — for example, many Minelab GPX and GPZ models carry a 3-year warranty.
Are your detectors genuine?
Yes. We supply only genuine, brand-new detectors from authorised stock, so your warranty and after-sales support are valid.
Which languages can I get support in?

What currency are prices in, and why do some say "call for price"?
All prices are listed in UAE dirhams (AED). Some items show "call for price" because stock or pricing changes; message us and we will quote the current figure.
