    We confirm availability, the final price and shipping to your country in writing — and send a pro-forma invoice if you need one.

    Pay by bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or cash in person at our Dubai showroom.

    We ship free, with tracking

    Once payment clears we dispatch within a few business days and send a private tracking link so you can follow your order until it arrives.

Bank transfer

We send our Dubai bank details with your order confirmation. Transfer the total using your order number as the reference, then send us the receipt on WhatsApp.

Western Union / MoneyGram

Prefer a transfer office? We send the pickup name and details on WhatsApp for each order — pay at any Western Union or MoneyGram branch near you.

Cash in Dubai

Have someone in Dubai? They can pay cash at our Deira showroom — we ship to you in Africa.

Shipping, customs & delivery

We ship free of charge to every country we serve — Sudan, South Sudan, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Guinea, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Nigeria — through trusted couriers such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx and SMSA, and every order gets a private tracking link. Orders are dispatched within a few business days of cleared payment; transit time then depends on your destination and is confirmed with you for each order. Shipping somewhere else in the region? Just ask. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are the buyer's responsibility, and you're responsible for making sure the detector can be lawfully imported and used where you are.

Warranty & genuine stock

Every detector is genuine, brand-new and supplied as an authorised reseller, with the manufacturer's warranty shown on its product page — many Minelab GPX and GPZ models carry a 3-year warranty. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase and contact us first for any claim; we'll guide you through the manufacturer's process. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, water damage beyond the rated limit, unauthorised repair or normal wear.

After-sales support

Our team supports you on WhatsApp in Arabic, French and English — before and long after the sale. That includes help choosing the right machine for your ground, setup and first-use guidance, and practical field tips. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

How do I place an order?
There's no online checkout. Send us the model you want on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We confirm availability, the final price and delivery, then you pay and we ship with tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, or cash in person at our Deira, Dubai showroom. We don't offer cash on delivery.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices are set in UAE dirhams (AED), which is the binding price. A US dollar figure is shown for convenience and is indicative only. We confirm the exact amount in writing before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across West, Central and North Africa — including Sudan, South Sudan, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad, Guinea, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and Nigeria. Somewhere else? Message us and we'll arrange it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to every country we serve — we cover the courier. Import duties and customs clearance in your country are separate and are the buyer's responsibility.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within a few business days of cleared payment. Transit time then depends on your destination and the courier, and we confirm the estimate with you for your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is confirmed we send you a private tracking link so you can follow its status until it arrives.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
Any import duties, taxes or customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. You're also responsible for making sure the detector can be lawfully imported and used in your country.
Are your detectors genuine and brand-new?
Yes. We're an authorised reseller and supply only genuine, brand-new units through official channels — so your manufacturer warranty and after-sales support are valid.
What warranty do I get?
Every detector carries the manufacturer's warranty shown on its product page; many Minelab GPX and GPZ models carry 3 years. Keep your invoice and contact us first for any claim — we'll guide you. The warranty excludes misuse, water damage beyond the rated limit, unauthorised repair and normal wear.
Can I return a detector?
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. As these are high-value precision instruments shipped internationally, returns for other reasons may be limited or subject to return-shipping and restocking costs; items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.
Do you help with setup after I buy?
Yes — our team supports you on WhatsApp before and long after the sale, including setup, first-use guidance and practical field tips for your ground.
What languages can I get support in?
Arabic, English and French — before and after your purchase.
Is it safe to pay before I receive my order?
We're a registered Dubai company — Abdlekarim Omer International Trading LLC, in Deira, Dubai. We confirm every order in writing, can send a pro-forma invoice, and you can request buyer references on WhatsApp. Goods are dispatched once payment clears.
Can I visit your showroom or buy in person?
Yes. You're welcome at our Deira, Dubai showroom, and you — or someone representing you in Dubai — can pay in cash in person.
Can you source a model that isn't listed?
Often, yes. Tell us the brand and model on WhatsApp and we'll let you know availability and price.
