Goldmaster 24K

The Garrett Goldmaster 24K is a VLF metal detector purpose-built for prospecting natural gold. Operating at a single high frequency of 48 kHz, it delivers the sharp sensitivity needed to hear small nuggets and fine gold across goldfields, washes and paystreaks, while its XGB auto-tracking ground balance adapts to changing terrain for stable, low-noise operation. A variable self-adjusting threshold and adjustable iron and hot-rock elimination help it stay quiet over mineralised ground, and a frequency-shift function reduces electromagnetic interference from power lines and nearby electronics. Two audio modes cover every situation — a two-tone mode that separates ferrous from non-ferrous targets, and an all-metal zip/VCO mode whose pitch and volume rise with signal strength. Extra tools include a Ground Scan mode for tracing paystreaks, a non-motion pinpoint mode, adjustable SAT and a backlight for low light. Weighing just 1.5 kg, the Goldmaster 24K has a rainproof control box and a 6" x 10" DD search coil that is fully waterproof for shallow searching in rivers, lakes and along the shoreline.
