The Minelab Manticore is the brand's most powerful all-terrain metal detector, built around the next-generation Multi-IQ+ simultaneous multi-frequency engine. Redesigned processing delivers higher-resolution Target ID, superior discrimination and faster target separation than the Equinox series, so you can sort trash from treasure quickly whether you are hunting coins, jewellery, relics or gold. Its standout 2D Target ID map plots ferrous and conductive values together, giving a clear visual read on what lies beneath the coil. The Manticore offers ten customisable search modes across All-Terrain, Beach and Goldfield categories, with automatic, manual and tracking ground balance, sensitivity up to 35 and extensive audio control. Fully waterproof to 5 m (IP68) and built on a three-piece collapsible carbon-fibre shaft, it weighs just 1.3 kg and adds a large colour LCD, a control-box flashlight, handgrip vibration and a built-in speaker.
