The Minelab Vanquish 540 Pro-Pack is the complete bundle for detectorists who want it all. It pairs Minelab's Multi-IQ simultaneous multi-frequency technology with selectable iron bias, a pinpoint mode, Bluetooth wireless headphones and a red LED backlight, delivering the power of several detectors at once for confident hunting of coins, jewellery, relics and gold across parks, fields, wet sand and saltwater beaches. The pack includes two waterproof Double-D coils — the V12 12×9-inch for maximum coverage and depth and the V8 8×5-inch for tight spaces and pinpoint accuracy — both rated to 1 m, plus a rain-proof control pod with cover. Four preset Find Modes and a fully adjustable 25-segment discrimination scale give precise metal control, while automatic noise cancel, lag-free audio and ten volume levels keep signals clear. Lightweight at about 1.3 kg on a collapsible snap-lock shaft and powered by rechargeable AA NiMH batteries, it carries a 3-year warranty on the control box and coil.

The Pro-Pack adds a second coil — the V8 8×5″ alongside the V12 12×9″ — plus rechargeable AA NiMH batteries, giving extra coverage options and lower running costs in one complete kit.
Are the coils waterproof and can I use it at the beach?
Yes. Both Double-D coils are submersible to 1 m, and Multi-IQ performs well on wet salt sand, making it ideal for beaches. The control pod is rain-proof but should not be submerged.
Does it come with wireless headphones?
Yes. The Pro-Pack includes Bluetooth wireless headphones, and the detector also has a built-in speaker and a 3.5 mm jack for wired headphones.
What battery does the Vanquish 540 Pro-Pack use?
It runs on four AA NiMH rechargeable batteries, supplied with the Pro-Pack, and can also use standard AA batteries when needed in the field.
