The Minelab X-Terra Pro is a fully waterproof, beginner-friendly metal detector driven by the PRO-SWITCH switchable-frequency engine. At the press of a button you can select 5, 8, 10 or 15 kHz to match different targets and ground conditions, giving the machine room to grow as your skills improve. With Park, Field and Beach search modes plus custom profiles, it moves easily from urban parks to rural fields and the toughest saltwater beaches, making it a versatile all-rounder for coins, relics and jewellery. Its control pod and coil are waterproof to 5 m (IP68), and the detector includes automatic, manual and tracking ground balance, sensitivity up to 25, multi-tone audio and a notch-based Target ID for clear identification. Lightweight at about 1.3 kg on three-piece shafts that pack down to 63 cm, it adds a large monochrome LCD, a control-pod flashlight, a red backlight, handgrip vibration, a built-in speaker and wireless-headphone support. It ships with the V12X 12×9″ Double-D coil, is compatible with Equinox-series coils, runs on an internal lithium-ion battery and carries a 3-year warranty.
